As some of you may know, Miss Belle wears many hats, usually purple. The purple Mommy Hat has grown as her children have grown into teenagers. This leaves less room for Miss Belle's purple Performing Hat.

Meanwhile, Miss Belle wants to try on a new hat--naturally, also purple.
This hat is the Song Development Hat, which will hopefully lead Miss Belle to a purple Recording Hat. Miss Belle has many original songs that have waited for their turn to be shared, possibly in the form of recordings. This requires that Miss Belle carefully set down her purple Performing Hat.

Miss Belle has given great Time and Thought to arrive at this decision, and considered it best to begin immediately.  It has not been easy since Miss Belle has loved the time with her friends of all ages whom she has met in the course of wearing her Purple Performing Hat.
